What is “PreHab Plus” at True North Therapy Services?

Our flagship program is called PreHab Plus ™. It offers private, in-home consultation above and beyond what is offered by our current healthcare system. It is custom designed for any patient preparing for surgery who requests more individualized assistance. Prior to surgery, a licensed physical therapist performs a In-Home Assessment and delivers a customized plan to help you prepare for surgery. PreHab Plus ™ also cares for you for the first 2 weeks following your surgery helping you “stay on track” toward full recovery. PreHab Plus ™ is always tailored to your needs and is based on your surgeon’s guidelines and protocols.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

A doctors referral is not required. If you have a PT referral, please let us know so we can communicate your effort to your surgeon or primary care physician.

Do you take insurance?

True North Therapy Services does not direct bill insurance companies. We accept check or credit card for our services.
